INVENTORY DETAIL ERROR
Hi everyone,
I encountered a strange error in NetSuite, and I'm not sure how it happened. A user created a transfer order with Clinica as the origin location and Principal as the destination. When I check the movements of that transfer order, I see two different internal IDs for the same inventory detail (the transfer order inventory detail). In the Clinica record, I see 10 units, while in the other one, I see 100.
How could this have happened? I’m attaching an image showing the movement of the transfer order and the two related transactions, which are the fulfillment and the receipt.
