Does anyone know what Quarterly Current Rate in NetSuite is?

In the Consolidated Exchange Rates System Notes, some of our records show that Quarterly Current Rate is changed. However, this field does not seem to be exposed in any record. Any idea or NS documentation you can share about this field?
