Item Fulfillment

Since the Netsuite upgrade in Feb 2025, we are unable to enter package information in item fulfillment (for tracking information printed on the invoice). We have a script running that returns this error:

JS_EXCEPTION

FIELD_1_IS_NOT_A_SUBRECORD_FIELD Field packagedetails is not a subrecord field.

Our third party vendor says they are unable to edit because the script is locked in a bundle, to contact the SuiteApp/Bundle provider.

If we leave the package info blank, we are able to process an invoice.
