Report Builder problem

When I use Report Builder I am not seeing the Filter/Sort region selections. They seem to be tucked up under a frame i cannot get around. See pic below. I have tried changing resolutions, and going full screen mode, nothing seems to help. Worked fine a few weeks ago. Only change in that time is our update to 2025.1.

Any thoughts?
