Action Required: Resolve Mobile Issues in Field Service Management
This notice is intended for customers who use NetSuite Field Service Management.
Recent changes introduced with NetSuite 2025.1 may cause the Field Service Management (FSM) mobile app to stop loading. This notice details the changes and how to resolve them if these issues occur in your account after it is upgraded to 2025.1.
What is Changing?
Starting March 13, 2025, NetSuite changed the roles available in the Audience subtab for Script Deployment records on NetSuite 2025.1 accounts. When a script is deployed, it runs only in the accounts of the specified audience. For more information, see Changes to Script Deployment Record Audience Fields (SuiteAnswers ID 1019914).
