Filter custom field to exclude inactive
Hi There
I have a transaction body custom field with the following set up:
This custom field is on the customer refund transaction.
- How do I filter the list of employees returned so that it excludes inactive employees?
2. Is there a way to apply an 'or' criteria?
i.e. in this case, it is saying, "return all employees that have the same department as the customer refund transaction's department(main)"
How can I modify this so that it is saying, "return alll employees that have the same department as the customer refund transaction's department(Main) OR the employees who have a location of Crystal Lake"
