MRP Not Considering Incoming PO for Safety Stock

Hello -

We are currently using MRP. We are finding that MRP is not taking into account incoming PO that will satisfy safety stock and is still recommending planned PO for quantity needed to achieve safety stock.

Date: 4/1/25

On Hand: 11

Available: 11

Safety Stock: 13 (2 short)

On PO: 15 - due to arrive 4/9

MRP: Suggesting Planned PO for 2

I have not been able to find any SuiteAnswer articles on this issue.
