Estimate Report not reporting Tax After Discount

I have this report. As you can see, the tax after discount column is empty, but this is a standard field. Why might this not be working?

I also can't find any field for the subtotal, all of the amounts I'm getting are only returning the total. If I could get the subtotal then I could formula the tax.

Any ideas please? Thank you~
