NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro Currency Exchange Rate: Chinese Yuan Rates for March 27, 2025
Due to an issue with Xignite, the currency rates provider for NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro, your NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro account may have received incorrect exchange rates for certain currency pairs with the effective date of March 27, 2025.
This notice applies to customers that have either enabled one of the affected currencies or have at least one foreign currency receipt in an affected currency on an affected date. The currency pairs impacted are CNY pairs to all other currencies (this also applies if you're using the older RMB symbol).
In order to receive additional affected pairs and their correct rates, please open a case with NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro Support and they will provide these to you. Note - if you are receiving your exchange rates from any integrated sources, including NetSuite, or otherwise overriding the rates provided by NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro, continue to use those provided from your other source but review if the rate needs to be corrected in NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro.
