Customer {taxable} field missing from Analytics dataset
We need to include the NetSuite native {taxable} and {taxitem} fields on customer records in a SuiteAnalytics dataset, but I can't find either in the list of available fields. Is there any way to work around this? For saved searches I've been able to include missing fields by using a formula that simply references the fieldid. SuiteAnalytics datasets don't allow that and generate an error.
We need this information to identify differences in the tax treatment of customers between NS and another system from which we generate service invoices.
Thank you.
