disable allocation alerts

We have a lot of Sales orders with over 100 lines, and our allocation strategy is firm. Often, when we have to change something in the Sales order, we edit the Sales Order, but then we get per SO line a message saying "Note that allocation for this line is Commitment Confirmed and will not be reallocated based on changes you are making on this line. To reallocate supply based on your changes, you must clear the Commitment Confirmed box for this line to save the form".

In case we have 100+ lines, this is a very lengthy exercise, and the message is actually non-saying for us as we have other mechanisms in place to evaluate our allocation.

Howdy, Stranger!
