USPS Shipping label printed on 2 shipping labels

Hi,

Recently, when we print the shipping label, it is printed on 2 labels (as the screenshot below)

We use Basic layout template. but we didn't change anything in the layout, we didn't change the labels we usually use and we didn't change the printer?

is it possible that the changes on Endecia template? if so, how can I fix it?
