USPS Shipping label printed on 2 shipping labels

Hi,

Recently, when we print the shipping label, it is printed on 2 labels (as the screenshot below)

We use Basic layout template. but we didn't change anything in the layout, we didn't change the labels we usually use and we didn't change the printer?

is it possible that the changes on Endecia template? if so, how can I fix it?

Yes, it's quite possible that changes on the Endicia shipping label template side may be causing this issue—especially if you haven’t made any changes to your layout, labels, or printer settings.

Here’s what you can check and do:

* Log in to your Endicia account directly and verify the default label size settings. Make sure the size matches the labels you're physically using (like 4" x 6").
* Go to Setup > Accounting > Shipping > Shipping Label Preferences in NetSuite and double-check the layout and default carrier settings.
* Try printing the label to PDF instead of sending it to the printer. If the PDF is split across two pages, it's likely a layout or template issue. If the PDF looks fine but the printed label doesn't, it might be a printer or driver issue.
* Contact Endicia Support to confirm whether they recently changed anything in their default label format or have known issues with NetSuite integrations.
