Audit Log for SuiteCommerce Extensions?

Is there an audit log for the activation/deactivation of SuiteCommerce extensions (Commerce → Extensions → Extension Manager from the ribbon)? We found out that our SuiteCommCPQ extension had been turned OFF by someone, and we'd like to find out by who and why.
