Saudi arabia e-invoicing : Digital Signature plugin implementation returned fail status.

i need help on the below. i checked the suit answers and the user guide but could not find the reason for this error.

this is shown on the E-Document tab's "E-Document audit trail' subtab after clicking "Generate E-Document' button on the Invoice UI

the error: E-document template used: Saudi Arabia ZATCA outbound invoice templateError details: FAILED_RESULTDigital Signature plugin implementation returned fail status.This is a implementation of Digital Signature.
