Create saved search with ILC-records that have action=configure

We sometimes encounter ILC-records that were previously complete created and done, but then all of a sudden, one of these ILC records under an item get the action called "Configure":

This sometimes happens out-of-the-blue, where previously this ILC-record was correct and had only the action "Edit", and for an unknown reason it get's the action "Configure".

So I have two questions:

  • Is there a way to make a saved search for all ILC records that have the Action called "Configure"?
  • What could be a reason that a previously properly configured ILC record all of a sudden changes from "Edit" to "Configure"?
