Weight Units not considered when calculating landed cost using a template

edited Jul 21, 2025 6:55PM in Ask A Guru 2 comments

Hi

I wanted to confirm my observations that I have found while testing.

I have the landed cost template which allocates freight on weight:

The weight of the item:

The purchase order

Expected result: The line with 1x PK10 would be expected to have a higher weight than the line with 1 x EA

Actual Result: The same amount is applied for weight despite the lines having 2 different weights in effect (i.e. the PK10 would have a weight of 10 x 200grams/each=2,000 grams)

The template is disregarding the pack sizes and is applying the same value for weight.

Is this a bug or expected behaviour?
