PDF form disrupted after the last NetSuite update

Hi There,

We have our invoice form disrupted after the last NetSuite update. I use JPEG Image in the footer of the form, but now it disappeared and showing a colored question mark showing there is a problem in the URL link to the image. I re-wrote the URL in the advanced pdf script and also tried a dummy picture, but it didn't work, Could you please help?
