New Purchase Order Transaction Body Field

What else to be checked if other Admin User Role is not able to see a new Purchase Order Transaction Body Field only visible to the Creator when the other Admin Users are accessing the same Purchase Custom Form?
We are not able to simulate this problem in Diley Demo Database.
