MyInvois Compliance Update for Phone Number Format
This notice is intended for customers who are using the Malaysia Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp.
What is Changing?
MyInvois e-Invoicing has revised the validation for phone number format according to the E.164: The international public telecommunication numbering plan compliance standard. The Malaysia country’s phone number you add in your subsidiary record must start with the country code +60 to meet this compliance standard.For example: +60123456789.
Required Actions
You must make sure that new phone numbers you add in your subsidiary records meet the compliance standard. You must also update existing phone numbers in subsidiary records.To update the phone number format according to the compliance standard:
