Issue with Sales Order Allocation for Zero Stock Item
Hi all,
I have an inventory item with a stock level of 0. However, stock is still being allocated when I add this item to a sales order.
This involves up to 160 units.
I've reviewed all historical transactions where something might have gone wrong.
I didn’t see anything unusual there, and all those transactions are in closed periods, so I can’t modify them anymore.
I have no idea where this “160 available for commitment” is coming from—I can’t trace it anywhere.
Do you have any ideas on where I can look?
And is there a solution for this?
