NSC | How to Add a Shortcut to a Custom Record on the Dashboard
Navigate to the Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types > [Your Record Type]
In this example we'll use the NSC - Samples custom record:
Go to Home > Personalize > Drag and Drop or Click Shortcut portlet to desired location.
Click the New Shortcut link:
Paste the link of your Custom Record list, and you now have a clickable link that directly goes to your Custom Record List
