NSC | Attachment Preview Not Rendering in NetSuite using Mozilla Firefox

A situation may occur where file attachments in NetSuite do not display in the preview pop-up window. No error message is shown, but the preview fails to load. Despite this, the same file can still be downloaded and viewed locally without issue.

Given that the user has already cleared the browser’s cookies and cache but the issue persists, please follow the steps below to enable PDF viewing in Mozilla Firefox.

1. On the user’s computer, open Mozilla Firefox.

2. At the top right, click More. Settings.

3. Select Privacy & Security.

4. In Applications

Portable Document Format (PDF) select Open in Mozilla Firefox.
