Scenario:
An employee successfully resets her NetSuite password and logs in without issues. However, the following day, she encounters a recurring problem where she is prompted to reset her password again, leading to a time-consuming loop. This has been happening for four consecutive days, causing a significant delay in her daily routine.
As an administrator, you step in to resolve the issue by manually resetting the employee's password, hoping to break the cycle. Unfortunately, this standard troubleshooting step does not yield a solution. Even encounter an error when trying to reset the password again.
Solution:
