NSC | Custom Transaction Forms: Missing Save & Email Button
The Save & Email function on transaction forms relies on having the recipient's email address. If the Save & Email button doesn't appear, check that the Communications tab is visible in the form settings, as hiding it can disable this option.
1.Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
2. Preferred Transaction Form: Click Edit/Customize
3. Click Tabs
4. Communication: Enter Checkmark
5. Click Save
