NSC | Custom PDF Layouts: Resolve Inability to Select Preferred Form

If you cannot set a layout for a specific transaction as Preferred using the Custom PDF Layouts List, and you receive an error every time you try to set a form as preferred, you have to edit the layout of your choice, and check the "Layout Is Preferred" checkbox inside the form then click on Save.

Once this is set up, you will now have the option to set any form as Preferred using the Custom PDF Layouts List.

1 .Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Form PDF Layouts

2. Preferred PDF Layout: Click Customize/Edit
