NSC | Resolve: Custom Field Not Available Under Transaction System Notes
- Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records & Fields > Transaction/CRM/Entity Fields > New
2. Preferred Custom Transaction/CRM/Entity Field: Click Edit
3. Click Access tab
4. Default Access Level: Select Edit
5. Default Level For Search/Reporting: Select Edit
6. Click Save
Note:
If there is a specified custom definition for either a role or department, ensure that the Level For Search / Reporting column under the Role / Department subtab has been updated to have at least an edit access level.
