Can a Workflow be triggered from SuiteScript with parameters?

Hi all, I am facing the 'Workflow Execution Usage Limit Exceeded' error in NetSuite, and I plan to make a solution.

I have created a Workflow that has 1 State and 4 fields.




Is it possible to call this workflow from WorkflowActionScript and pass a value to the ids_and_nulls field?
