Audit trail for transaction line level changes

Hi,

Can anyone please advise if we have any audit trail available for transaction line-level changes. Please find the sample screenshot below

The above screenshot is taken from a sales order where the user has modified the item rate, whereas in the audit trail it is showing only the total value has been modified. Is there any other option by which we will be able to identify the changes made in line level also.

Example : Line 1: Old Value XX New value XY
