NSC | Unable to Access Accounting Manager Role
User is unable to login using the newly created Accounting Manager Role by their NetSuite Administrator.
Giving managers access to the Accounting Manager role in NetSuite helps them manage finances more effectively while promoting transparency and informed decisions. Access should follow the principle of least privilege to protect data security.
Solution:
- Login as the administrator.
- Navigate to Setup > User/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit Custom Accounting Manager Role.
- In Permissions tab > Setup sub tab.
- Remove SAML Single Sign-on.
- Click Save.
- Ask the user to login using the Accounting Manager Role.
