Changes to Purchase to Project Default Form for Purchase Orders and Default Audience for CS Script
This notice applies to customers who have the Purchase to Project SuiteApp installed in your NetSuite account.
What is Changing?
The following changes will take effect when the Purchase to Project SuiteApp is upgraded to version 1.0.6:
- The default purchase order form for a consultant role will not be the Custom Purchase Order – Projects form.
- The default audience for the P2P CS Purchase Order Record script will be set to All Roles.
Recommended Actions
Complete the following steps:
Step 1: For a consultant role, you can manually select Custom Purchase Order - Projects as the form to use for purchase orders. This custom purchase order form lets you transact only with approved project vendors and is specific for projects and project tasks. To manually select the custom purchase order form:
