ITEM FULFILLMENT MISSING INVENTORY DETAILS ON kit

i have a kit with the following component type:

  • serial
  • regular inventory item with Use bins=T

    when i'm trying to fulfill it, some of the Kit component are missing inventory detail and some exist. i cannot fulfill it because it require inventory detail for all component

    any help?
