Advanced PDF document does not match preview

I have an advanced PDF for the BOM, and the preview shows all the data I want printed, but when I trigger the print BOM, I only see the first table, none of the subsequent data. It works in my Sandbox environment but not my production environment.

The preview shows the subsequent tables:

When I print a work order, I only see the first table

What can I check in the code so that it prints correctly?
