Cache Invalidation request are not updated wiebsite images

For a couple of weeks we are having more and more items that are not showing current images in www.novatech-usa.com suitecommerce web site. The cache invalidation requests are not functioning properly as old images which no longer exist are showing in the website.

Rebuilding the search index and cache invalidations do not clear the old non-existent images from our website. working with support, but dragging their feet from our perspective. Case # 6352131
