Copy custom field on customer deposit to Deposit Application via Workflow
Hi Gurus,
We have a custom field on the Customer Deposit record. When creating a Customer Refund from the deposit, we would like to copy the value of that custom field to the related Deposit Application using a Workflow.
In the workflow, we are using the Set Field Value action with the trigger set to After Record Submit, but we’re unable to copy the custom field value to the Deposit Application. While I am able to use Sourcing and Filtering for this field, it is not available in Saved Search, which we would like to use for reporting purposes.
