In NetSuite, Custom Fields allow users to tailor records and forms to fit specific business needs. These fields can be added to standard or custom records and can be configured in various data types depending on the nature of the data to be stored or captured.

A Checkbox custom field is a Boolean (true/false) field. It displays as a check box on forms and returns a value of either
- True (if checked)
- False (if not checked)
