StickyNotes not working on a Custom Employee Role

Hi guys,

We have created a custom Employee Center role. We have added the necessary permissions for using the StickyNotes Feature:

But the user thill cannot create a new sticky note:

It should look like this to be able to use the feature:

Any ideas what is missing here??
