New to NetSuite | Setup Permission > Access Token Management Permission
As part of our ongoing New to NetSuite series, we’ve previously explored the New to NetSuite | Permissions and delved into the New to NetSuite | Permissions > Setup. In this article, we’ll focus on one specific and powerful permission within this category: Access Token Management
The "Access Token Management" permission in NetSuite allows users to create, assign, and manage access tokens on behalf of other users within the company, with the exception of tokens associated with the Administrator role. This means users with this permission can generate tokens for roles such as Employee Center, Sales, or custom roles, enabling secure API integrations and authentication.
