Reset a student's password in Oracle Academy NetSuite
Oracle Academy member support cannot reset passwords for demo accounts. If a student forgets their password and hasn't added the faculty/educator as an Administrator, a new account must be provisioned, resulting in the loss of their previous work. It is essential to encourage students to add an educator as an Administrator to avoid this issue.
Scenario: A student forgets their Oracle Academy NetSuite password.
Criteria: This is applicable when students have added their educator as an Administrator of their NetSuite account.
Solution:
- Access Admin Role: Log in to NetSuite and select the student's Administrator role from the desktop menu (usually under your name in the top right corner).
