Promo Code not working in website shopping cart

Has something changed with Promo Codes in a Site Builder site, maybe since the last update to 2025.1?

I created a Promo Code for the Order Criteria of Select Item. When I select that item on the website and add to cart, then I go to Apply the Promo Code, I get an error message that says Promo Code is required? This happens after I typed in the Promo Code and clicked the Apply button, this is the message I am getting AND no discount is applied.

This feature was working on our site, but now it is not working. Can anyone tell me what has changed or how to fix this?
