Different Vendor Center User Access Email to Employee User Access

Hi There

I was wanting to have two different user access email templates in use:

1.) for New employees

2.) for vendors.

However, I can only see the option to set a single user access email template and not one for the different types of access.

Is this a limitation to be able to select a different template for the vender centre?

If this is a limitation, is there a way to detect the record type the template is being sent from?

i.e. I am trying to use this in Freemarker code on the user access email template:
