Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp: Check the Impact of the Change in Inbound E-Document Conversion
This notice applies to customers that have the Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp installed in your account. You will be impacted if:
- Your account does not have a license for, NetSuite Electronic Invoicing or the license tier is the NetSuite Electronic Invoicing Limited Cloud Service.
- You have one or more vendors associated with multiple subsidiaries.
- You have subsidiaries in countries other than the Electronic Invoicing Free Use country.
- You have inbound transactions for a subsidiary in a country that is not the same as the Electronic Invoicing Free Use country.
What Has Changed?
Starting April 22, 2025, the subsidiary listed in the inbound document is being matched against the configured free use country. Previously, the check for free country use of Electronic Invoicing on inbound transactions was based on the vendor’s primary subsidiary matching with the configured free use country.
