Migrating PDF template to Advanced PDF/HTML Template, missing Aging section

edited Sep 18, 2025 4:52PM in Ask A Guru 4 comments

Good morning,

We are migrating a PDF Invoice Template that has an AGING block at the bottom of the PDF Template that Stakeholders want to keep in the migrated Advanced PDF/HTML Template. I assume the AGING block (Account Statement), is a native section for the PDF Template, but it is not available to select in the Advanced PDF/HTML Template.

I am familiar with the coding of the Advanced PDF/HTML Template, and I have been informed that creating this would require heavy customization and development on the Advanced PDF/HTML Template. What I don't understand, is why is the Account Statement/Aging Block available on the PDF Template not an option to select on the Advanced PDF/HTML Template, and why does it require heavy customization and development to add it.

Howdy, Stranger!
