How to set "Estimate To Complete' Cost amount of a Work Breakdown Structure

Hi, I am trying to automate the creation and update of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) using RESTlet. I am able to update the 'name' field of a line of a WBS using the following code, but it doesn't seem to update the Estimate To Complete 'Cost' field.

(I got the field ID of the Estimate To Complete cost field but listing all the sublists and fields of the project record)

Any help would be appreciated!
