Populate custom entity field from saved search

Hello,

I am trying to populate a custom entity field with a custom record saved search.

The custom field is called Statement Parent2 - I am trying to pre-populate the custom entity field with the correct statement parent using a filter of 'Division Name' in my saved search.

The custom record contains 2 fields: 'Division Name' & 'Statement Parent'

I have store value unchecked and the saved search for my custom record selected in the search.

For my custom record saved search, I have a filter selected and am grouping the results using MAXIMUM

Custom Record:

For example. based on the custom record I set up, when the Customer 'Division Name' custom field is set to 'Test Division', I am expecting the Customer 'Statement Parent2' custom field to be set to 'Test Statement Parent'.
