FINAL REMINDER: WSDL Version 2018.1 to be Retired
Oracle NetSuite provides product support for SOAP web services endpoints and associated WSDL's in the current product release, plus the previous 5 versions or 6 in total. Eight additional endpoint versions from the previous four years are also available, however are provided without any product support. When your account is upgraded this year to version 2025.2, unsupported endpoint versions 2018.1 and 2018.2 will be retired and not available.
We have identified several accounts as currently using endpoint 2018.1 that is scheduled to be disabled (data from last 3 weeks). To ensure that your web service-based integrations continue to work, you must upgrade to a later endpoint before your account is upgraded to NetSuite Release 2025.2. As a general recommendation, any customers who are using an unsupported version are advised to upgrade to the latest WSDL version.
