SuiteApprovals Super Approver

I am testing SuiteApprovals in our SB. I have a user set up as a Super Approver; they have the record type set to approve and finalize. I expected that when they open a transaction, they would see the Approve button. But they do not. I have tested delegating approval and that works. But how does a user super approve a transaction?
