web telephone application by grandsteam for NetSuite

we are currently trying to see if anyone use web telephone application by grandsteam for NetSuite? our current phone provider is grandsteam, they have CTI integration. but on NetSuite help it says for using CTI we must setup account either with

if anyone using any other CTI company their reply on this question would be really appreciated. Thank you
