Fixed Assets Management 2025.2: Required Action for Customers using Suitelets
This notice is intended for customers who are using the Fixed Assets Management SuiteApp.
What is Changing?
As of March 13, 2025, you can no longer deploy scripts to both internal and external roles by completing either of the following actions:
- Checking the Select All box in the Audience subtab in the UI, or
- Setting the allroles field to T for scriptdeployment in the SDF custom object XML for a script.
Changes to the script deployment audience settings introduced a distinction between external and internal roles. These changes required some updates to the Online Form User role requirements and usage of Suitelets Available Without Login. Previously, these requirements were covered by the
