Need saved search help

We have been moving our warehouse to a new city. everything is physically moved and binned properly.

We currently have 2 active locations. The old one cant be inactivated yet because there are still open transactions keyed to it.

I need to do a search to find all items that still have a reorder point or preferred stock level in the old location that are not empty so i can empty them so they stop showing up on the order items report.

How do I build a saved search to accomplish that?
