currency exchange rate revaluation for an account having transaction at prior period

Hi,

We have an account having opening balance in USD at MAR'25. Our base currency is TRL. This account do not have any transactions at APR'25. According to legislation, open foreign currency balance should be revalued at each period end. But we cannot see this account revalued. Is it an expected behaviour?
